PohlCon - A strong team that knows its profession
Those who understand their craft can achieve great things. The founders of our brands PUK, JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik already knew that. To support planners, architects and fabricators in the realisation of projects, we therefore use the combined experience that has grown in our workshops over more than 100 years.
Our product knowledge derives from a deep customer understanding and the desire of each PohlCon employee to achieve something special in his or her field of expertise. From the development, production and delivery of your product solutions to the installation and personal consultation on the construction site: We support you wherever you need us.
PohlCon's head office is located in Berlin. In addition, Pohlcon has 5 production sites in Germany and sales offices in 37 countries worldwide. For over 100 years, we have been providing solutions for tomorrow's buildings and industrial plants!
History
PohlCon combines the strengths of the manufacturers PUK, JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik. The origin of PohlCon GmbH lies in the innovative Hermann Pohl. In 1951, the engineer introduced an improved cable clamp to the market and founded Hermann Pohl OHG in the same year. In 1969, the company merged with Anton Klein OHG. Together, the two established cable clamp manufacturers formed the company PUK. In 1977, the entrepreneurial family brought the specialist for reinforcement and fastening solutions JORDAHL into the group. In 2001 H-BAU Technik followed, a construction supplier for concrete and prefabricated construction companies.
In 2022, PohlCon Vertriebs GmbH, the PUK Group as well as JORDAHL GmbH and H-BAU Technik GmbH were merged into a single company: PohlCon GmbH, headquartered in Berlin. PUK, JORDAHL and H-BAU Technik remain the common contact for all three established brands. The Pohl shareholder family, now in its fourth generation, is still firmly involved in the day-to-day business.
